Im personally not buying it as being involved in rebuilding the mythical house. Muslims generally believe in Prophet Solomon and he might have had a temple (which is completely destroyed by now), but that doesn't mean it should be rebuilt.

If you read this article from Oktar - he pushes for a greater Turkestan, a union of Islam styled along the same lines as the EU and the annexation of Xinjiang UAR. In my opinion, this is dangerous mix of religious pan-turkist ideology, I worry the article also cities the Imam Mahdi as the leader of this hypothetical Eurasian caliphate - so apparently nominal democratic values are also out the window.

His views of rebuilding the third temple is radical zionism at its best. If the Mehdi wants to rebuild it, then he could do so when he shows up. In order to find the temple, the Aqsa mosque would have to be destroyed, and that is a very significant and holy place for Muslims.
