A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap. I totally agree with this one. Too many people work out until they look like the incredible hulk, then life happens and they drop their exercise regime and turn into big fat turds. :biggrin: In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal. As a reputed atheist, the reverential nature of his film was surprising, but Pasolini himself said &If you know that I am an unbeliever, then you know me better than I do myself. I may be an unbeliever, but I am an unbeliever who has a nostalgia for a belief.&

If you wanna lose weight then just stop eating. Depending on your metabolic rate and stored reserves losing weight will even go faster not longer than a month or so. You'll lose weight even faster when you stop drinking water. Heck stop breathing if you really want fast results. :biggrin:

Everyone in the country I reside in are also a lot slimmer than back home. And yes, of course the poor people are - but I'm talking about the middle-class people. But they do seem to use McDonalds a lot less.... so I can't get my head around the meat thing, unless you are talking about real fucking meat (haha - I am being ironic) - like the stuff you use in McDonalds. People seem to die older too. So you rubbishing the "eat meat" argument was doing so without thinking, cause it was surrounded with lots of Dis-Info. |

Seriously do research on this stuff, I think it was said in jest. If you believe all this true then keep my email when the diseases set in and maybe it can be turned around. Wine and beer is not good for you, it does contain the "fruity bit" but also yeast and is extremely acidic. What is stated here is sound bites.
MrBS, I too eat meat, just not as often now. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing. You sound much like I did a few years ago which surprizes me, since I was a Sheeple and wouldn't have been on a conspiracy board. Same thing I said, of course I was younger and healthier. Perhaps you will join me soon and find out how to battle cancer when, and it will, become you. Eating meat isn't bad for you, that is disinfo but also of nothing but meat is good for you is as well. "People seem to die older", the twin towers and building 7 seemed to fall from a couple of planes but we all know how that really is. Seriously, I am sometimes amazed at how smart most are on this board on many things and completely ignorant on many other things. The NWO will walk over us as we only believe what we want to believe, as long as it fits or requires no effort on our part. Keep my email gentleman, we can discuss later what you done wrong and how it might be corrected, or be sick and dependant later in life on the NWO and their drugs. |

In all seriousness, I have been on my own diet for a while and it has worked wonders for me. I got really sick last year, and a couple times at that. The medications I had to be on caused me to gain a ton of weight. That plus my freshmen 15 didnt help me much. I was about 45 pounds overweight, which is actually crazy to think about. You never really think anything like that could happen to you. hah. I was definitely really thick. But, a month ago I started on a sweet diet that we'll call "Traxus' quick way to lookin amazing." And as of yesterday I have lost almost 25 pounds. AWESOME! hah.
Basically in the morning I eat some Enerfood in orange juice and drink a small can of V8. (Also, I really cant praise Enerfood enough. The stuff is fucking amazing. It doesn't taste good, but you feel like a million bucks after it hits your tummy). Then at night I eat a meal that is mainly just meat. Because of my school cafeteria, that usually turns out to be hot dogs and chicken breast, both with out buns obviously. The weird thing about it is that once this is the norm in your life you can actually begin to introduce small amounts of bad food. Like I have had french toast a few times, pizza 4 times, and even ice cream a couple times. But, sugary drinks are a BIG no no. Nothing carbonated at all. And try to stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup. Drinking down calories will put it on you. The only other thing you need is to exercise a few times a week, three is okay. But, you should at least walk a mile everyday. I walk a lot and three times a week train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The BJJ is intense and probably a big part of why I am losing weight so damn quickly. But, obviously, the harder you push yourself, the better the results are gonna be. Exercise can be a scary thing for a lot of overweight people, though. It is a really simply thing though. Just find something youll love doing that requires a least a little bit of movement. Working out in a gym is lame. Go on a walk with you baby girl and then fuck the shit out of her when you get home. That right there is the best exercise the good lord hath given us. But, seriously, walking is awesome. And if you add any sort of sport, you will REALLY see the effects. But, mainly, the idea is just to get out and live life instead being couped up all day reading conspiracy blogs and eating ice cream. If you do any of this EASY stuff, that just takes a SMALL bit of mind molding, especially if you are addicted to stuff like soda, you will drop it all off right away. Ive got about 15 pounds more before I start lookin like fuckin He-Man. Hah. Its worth it kids! Take care of yourself! Anyways. That my suggestions for dieting a lookin right. |
