Lilly Wave Piggybacking Electrical Grid System

With the vast amount of varied interests here on the site I was wanting to put this topic out in the hopes that someone may have some more insight on the phenomenon/the best sites/info that they would like to share. As I understand it the Lilly Wave is "superimposed upon" ( i know poor electrical jargon...) the electrical system that goes through our wiring, named after the famous John C. Lilly I believe. Now if i remember correctly it either is a carrier wave or is being carried and is used to subtly modify our behavior. I will research this in depth as time allows . This is certainly one of the way out there creepier than shit topics that I don't believe has been covered much if any. So let's post up findings here please. I may have a pdf or two on this see what I can find to put on tracker or link you SO BRING ON THE INFO!!!!

When I googled lilly wave piggyback electrical grid, this was the first hit that came up.
(So, somewhere in this multilayered site is something about it.) And frankly I am not surprised because this entire site was astounding it what it covered and has a lot of content to dig through.

The "Lilly Wave" in the electrical grid was discussed by Patrick Flanagan on (or about) March 3, 2003 during a very intriguing radio interview conducted by Jeff Rense.

Rense conducted several fascinating interviews with Flanagan in the Spring of 2003 ...B)

... which I recall listening to, but unfortunately I did not "archive" them.:(

At that time, the Rense audio archives were free.

Perhaps this interview is still in the Rense archives (now accessible only to paying Rense show listeners).
