Weeks before September 11th, 2001, a viral email was circulating called "The Eye In The Pyramid".

In it was a cryptic but coherent message which prophecized the events of 911, and named some thing called The Entity as the enslaver of our minds. It referred to psychic parasites or, Specters of Power, which have been described by writers such as Carlos Castaneda, Colin Wilson, and William Blake, and through popular and ancient mythologies from all over the world. There has been a cure for the cold for over 80 years - one of the better known daily remedies of royalty passed on to them by the benevolent Grays and sorcerers being the consumption of silver; but authorities have pushed up the price of silver to the extent that it is impossible for you to maintain its dosage requirement. The Entity allows you only the smallest amount of lifeforce, envelopes all of your energy, drags you down, absorbs your life-strength, so that only the most minimum lifeforce near your ankles is kept free - giving you just enough connection with mother earth to survive. To kill you completely is fruitless for the Entity, it wants to see how much fun it can have with you first. So you will find the Entity in all your bars and wherever there is drink, and fast cars and beautiful women. There you find The Entity.

These are the facts: The world is at war. Humanity is at war with a secret enemy - secret only because only a small part of the population knows about it - others discredit it and even others deem this to be trash, nay, the utterances of a crazy man. This concept of our thoughts are not being our own, of being Foreign Installations, was written about by Carlos Casteneda in his last book The Active Side of Infinite. The message is encoded with a "link" which shows us a Way we might defeat them, a link between the world of authoritarian conspiracies and the world of personal power and responsibility. It says that the way to cast of the the entity is by seeking the warriors way. A Warrior seeks Self knowledge by using inner silence, not-doing, taking responsibly and facing death, a way of life that leaves them with very little self importance and pettyness to feed on. They need us to like them, full of indulgence, hatred, and self pity. They don't like the taste of a warrior, so full of love, intent and impeccability. They can't stand the taste of individual power.

I began to recapitulate my life that morning, and the first thing I knew was directly was that this was the same conspiracy as in all cyberpunk mythology, the same adversity which brought about warrior philosophy .

This was the first time that I realized that stories like the matrix and ancient ways in castaneda's works were linked. The concept of inorganic beings and foreign installations... it was too much, the matrix and trans-dimensional reality became real for me in the conscious world on that day. And If the matrix was real, than all kinds of things I believed were fiction could be real. The path of a gnostic cyberpunk and a impeccable warrior became the same. I had finally merged the future and the past, conspiracy and magic. All the doubt in my mind left, and of course, when you invite the enemy in he doesn't hesitate to enter... I had opened a door which couldn't be shut. I wanted to know.

So I was pacing around... can't be true, can't be true... is true. I kept rereading the page to see if I had imagined it. I'd given up everything, pot and smoking, coffee, sex, relationships, drugs, alcohol... so there was nothing there but stark sobriety and work. So it was purely emotional, physical and spiritual shock that kept me awake and aware, racked by that resounding truth. This was before 911, and I didn't know about any conspiracies except one, the one I've always believed in. The gnostic conspiracy. That morning, I knew more than I know now, my understanding in that morning was total.

Since then I've forgotten everything and had to relearn it, reclaim it piece by piece. That's what castaneda book was about... understanding life while you are still alive, creating a journal of a memorable events which represent what is eternal and infinite in your life... Facing your death so that you could be free. Well the flyers are a LIVING death, and the worthy opponent of mankind. I turned to face my death and to learn to live again.

I began to forget what I knew, little by little, day by day, and what remained was stark reality... were we the walking dead, self sacrificing machines, imprisoned by lethargy.. our awareness siphoned off like batteries, our physical lives drawn out to prolong it. Even though I felt alone and imprisoned, I no longer felt depressed. I used the state of detachment to move my perception to a new spot, less comfortable, but far more spacious... like sleeping on the floor of a gymnasium instead on on a soft cot in cell. Both are enclosed, but our perception of ourselves is different in a larger room. It is a place of possibilities.

It was the warriors way that sustained me too build that bigger space. I become separate from everyone I knew and began searching for my self. When 911 went down, I was already disillusioned, not to government involvement, that came later, but to the fact that we could, would die, were, dying, moment to moment... a slow process of being fed off, and we know it, it;s an exchange, an "ally". Unbelievable, but true. Among the people I loved, I seemed to be the only one energized by this realization. Perhaps they knew better than I that this battle was far from new, and far from over. I was innocent, that is the way of the reborn.

Edit: I don't see where there's a specific warning of 9/11 though, or even something unspecific that could be directly interepreted as such besides just the avague description of a spirtual battle.
