Mayan doomsday prophecy, whats coming, and how to prepare

So here we are, its 5 years left, and the world is fucked up..

There's a bunch of ancient records, myths, stories and legends to support that something will happen in 2012, and also scientific evidene (such as the fact we statistically are on the verge of a new poleshift in addition to a new ace age, and researchers found out that some global catastrophy happened about 5200 years ago - and thats about one cyclus of the mayan calendar which means we are on the end of the last one approaching the new and many other facts)

So what will happen? Well I dont know

But Im taking my precautions, Im stocking up on medicines and antibiotics, preparing for a survival school (which my brother just attended so he learned me some tricks - he actually had to spend 3 months out in the deserts of Arizona with NO food, NO water and NO camping equipment or other tools - they had to find their own food, make their own places to sleep at night like gathering bunches of pines and stuffing it together in a pile and hide within it as it keeps the cold out, and how to make fire, catch animals, find eatable fruits, vegetables and plants ec, so he is pretty hardcore)

Also I've got a kid 4 years old, and possibly another one coming.. that may make things even harder when 2012 comes if it hits as propheciced (which in my opinion it must likely will.)

I've studied where in the world will be most possible to surive, thus I relocated to south america where I will be in the higher altitudes when its getting closer, near a tropical or subtropical area, where the food in the form of fruits etc is more than enough.

And at the moment as usual I am practicing and developing my spiritual and psychic abbilites so I can sneak a peek into the future and get a bit more prepared. What I've seen wasnt too bright. I think spiritual development will be an important task to accomplish to have any hopes of survival in these coming times as it will also give you deeper insights and ways of protecting yourself so that luck will be with you and succeed is assured in almost everything you do. I've applied and verified these principles in my daily life and that includes moneywise and it always works so I'm 100% sure about this part.

So what are you other folks doing if anything to prepare for this? And what do you think will be coming? Do you even ever think of this or contemplate above it in your daily life? Are you ready? Will you be shocked? Or just take it as it comes?

Give me any ideas and feedbacks you have on this issue, as well as comments and information I might not be aware of, as I like all views I can get on this so further build my own puzzle thats laying there deep in my head.

I'm not much on a Doomsday prophecy, take away hope or instill enough fear and people will either feel doomed or hopeless and dependant.

I do look for things to get bad, real bad. Economically we are at the edge, not just here in the USA but pretty much the whole world uses Fiat Money. One of the elite families uses The Washington Post as a spokesperson to others. One of the things said a while back was 2008 shall be the buying times. Given economic woes, especially in the US, that had to be meant to be to the other elite. This alone will cause major problems. When people have lost everything, there is nothing to lose.

I don't watch TV but my mom does, she's not a conspiracy person like me. She said she heard today that the TB news said there are groups (government) going out house to house searching for people that are on the internet a lot and own guns. This will not go over well.

People are slowing waking up, just a little and beginning to see what's been done to food and health. Again, enough wake up, if their health and that will create a revolt.

All in all I think it will be pretty bad and perhaps the end result may not be what they bargained for. I think it will come from economic reasons.

We're getting the last of what we owe paid off now. Plenty of food stored. Plenty of ammo. If I'm ignorant in everything else, I'm not in survival, armed or not. If I don't, that's ok too, maybe my kids will. Then again not surviving may be a better alternative. It makes me think of something I read many years ago, "Woe unto them that give suck in those days."

Intellekt: In did, its the last of the mayan cycles, and each cycle represents somethig new to happen. They have some great cycles of 5200 years, and if you look in history they were right, if you look at scientifical research, they were right..

Major climate change occured 5200 years ago, and notice the scientist who've discovered this is sayin everything seems to indicate that we are getting towards a new one (like the mayans prophecised which means this very close new one most likely is related to 2012.

Not with the above in mind, remember the mayan cycluses of big changes are are at various cycluses, one of these being the cyclus of guess what? Exactly 5200 years.

So there you got one example of the scientifical evidence backing up the mayan calendar / system of belief.

And if you add another 5200 years, you get a total of 10400 years. And guess what supposedly happened then? The great distruction of Atlantis. And what else with scientifically backed up material is proven to have happened then? wel it was the it was the Paleoindiaian phase, the Great Ice Age, major climate chages and earthly disasters. So, again the mayans calender proves right and correct. A star explosion also happened at this time which may be related, I qutote:

"With Nova Cygni 1992 ( http://www.seds.org/hst/novacyg.html ), for example, we are observing a star explosion that occurred approximately 10,400 years ago (4,000 years earlier than young earth creationists claim is possible)"

Note December 21 - The Winter Solstice occurs in the northern hemisphere at 11:11 UT occurance which is the EXACT date and time the mayans said would be time end of this cycle and start of a new one with all the worlds disasters culminating.

Also, it is scientifically proven that the mayan calendar is more accurate than the one we use to this day, the gregorian one.

The Mayans developed (at least) three calendars that we will consider here. The first is the Long Count Calendar. It counts the number of since the beginning of the current cycle. Each cycle contains 2,880,000 days (about 7885 solar years). At the end of each cycle the Universe is destroyed and recreated. Interestingly, for longer time periods the Mayans had developed larger time units than are needed for the Long Count Calendar; the largest being about 63,081,377 solar years!

It is the most accurate astronomical calendar made by man up to this date and includes and incedible abount and information about past, preseent and future astronomical evens that is quite impressible they knew about back then without even a telescope.

so from the abobe, obviously the mayan knew what they were talking about, so its good reasons to take their warings and prophecies under consideration when you compare it with real proven moden day scitentific method and see that it is indeed a match of what they already said so long ago.

And basically what it means is entering a new cycle of existance that happens at frequent fixed intervals just like we have summer, autumun, spring winter 4 times a year, the difference is these changes takes 5200 years in between and causes a lot of havoc and destruction as it happens due to climate changes (which we are already seing), global warming (the same), pole shifts, ice ages, and so on.

So its not the end, just a bunch major events leading us to the new cycle, which I think the mayans call he fourth or firft moon or sun (cant remember exactly)
