I uploaded an instructional MMA DVD by Georges St Piere, it was pulled but RCS has since given me the go ahead to upload it again. I have more of this stuff than you are ever likely to watch in your lifetime, I also have a lot of stuff on disc that you will not find anywhere else as it has never been uploaded on the net and some of it is probably only available in Australia. However if I upload it all individually people will soon get sick of me as I will be filling the tracker with seemingly unrelated torrents. The biggest problem that I face is my upload speed of approx 25Kbps, Dinero has also offered to seed it for me but I am unsure as to how this would work, I didn't know that I could e-mail such large files to people so if there is a better way of doing things, please let me know. I think the only way to do it is to make a super torrent so to speak, even over 100GB or several smaller compilations as this would probably not fit in many peoples H/D's. I would appreciate your advice.

I don't know if I would necessarily recomend these for this application, since these systems may have time limits for how long files can reside on the server, but maybe something to check out ? IMO they suck, but possibly something good to know about anyway for some other application...

some good tactics in their although unless you are fit most of the martial arts stuff you have (IE Krav Maga and MMA) will not work well at all.

i recommend taking up an internal art as the relaxation aspect is the main focus and the result is that those with a lower fitness level can effectively defend themselves (as well as those with a high fitness level utalizing that even more effectively), Ba Gua has quite a large following and so does Akido and Wing Chun so id recommend looking into them in particular if your interested in the martial arts, you need only search for Grandmaster Ip Man to see the effectiveness of internal martial arts.

oh and if anyone may be interested in practice Li family Style Tai Chi which is essentially a style which has maintained its full martial applications. this is something that has been lost to many western practitioners who have completely missed the martial side of the art which is essential to gain the full understanding of Tai Chi, of course Chen Wu and Sun styles of Tai Chi also have strong martial grounding so if anyone particularly interested in learning Tai Chi then these styles are certainly more viable as Li style is only around in the UK and Europe as it emigrated with Chan Cam Lee from china just before the cultural revolution.

but i digress, my main point is that internal arts are not only effective as a means of combat but also as a way to promote good quality of life and mental well being which results in so much more then just "level-headedness".
