Does anyone know (offering links) if there's anyone or any services in the
UK, Europe, Australia and North America, who can help with removing alien
implants. I don't have one, but it'd be interesting to know if there's any
medically qualified people who can help those who reckon they do.

there is a video on the tracker I watched on this where the doctor removes and studies implants.I just can't remember the title or the Dr.s name.HE is in North America.A little help from the group please

They are not alien implants, they are implanted by the CIA. They are practising on individual people, for what will be done to the general public later.

What do you mean "they are not" alien implants. He was not talking about specific implants, so you can't say "they" are not alien. It's a hypothetical question, IF you have alien implants, where can you go to have them removed?

I dont think theres any real qualified alien implant removal service, but if you had one, go a doctor in like Egypt or somewhere and tell them you have something inside you that needs to be removed and they will do it.

The first thing i'd do is get a frequency generator and play around with that to fry them. Then i'd go to a retreat with Taoist Master Mantak Chia ( or equivalent ) and get him to personally try stuff with chi forces to ruin them. Just a thought. Unless you want to convert your home into a giant Faraday cage....
