You've prattled on about how the Aztecs came down from Utah and became the Mexica and how they are the true and rightful heirs to the land. So I ask you; who did they slaughter on the way down from Utah to take up residence in Mexico? I'm sure they were showered with flowers like the troops in Iraq... As far as I recall the Aztecs were bloodthirsty expansionists whose priest class loved cutting out peoples hearts in mass ritual execution. Not to mention that they also engaged in cannibalism of other 'tribes.' So quit trying to paint the picture of some angelic downtrodden people who have gotten the shaft.

From whose historic perspective did you get what you call true history?

From European written fairy tales, lies, distortion of facts to justify invasion as it is happening in IRAQ and elsewhere. Some people never learn - It is not in their interest to learn, I guess.

Give me a break.

your post only shows convenience, justification, a good laugh and more lies with no shame. Thats all.

Its not the Mexica and Mexicatl thats a problem for the racist - It is your secret government, skull and bone - but they have treacherously deflected blame, as it has happened many times before - you have to blame somebody, except the bastards who get rich on ignorance, manipulations, and terrorism.

RIGHT NOW : we have a battle to fight - they are poisoning our water, through chem-trails are poisoning our air, and through genetic engineering - they are killing the seed of sustenance of corn, wheat, rice, fruits, and are poisoning our future with terrorism. The other terrorists, are the KKK and the old guard of racists from which U.S government has formed. Now, they are coming for you, me, and the planet.

its is not other people - your real enemy is within your own boundaries -

chemtrails are presently being used for I do not know exactly what - same thing with the 911 towers - nothing makes sense, except the obvious - government and corporations and religion have all people asleep.

What about the genocidal invasion and colonization of the Americas? If you're in favour of kicking out Mexicans, what legitimacy do you have to be here to begin with? Just a thought.

Quote:Americans, of European ancestry, have built the country, and they alone did it. They have defended it and earned it; so it's theirs.
That's the same bullshit I hear from Zionists and their defense and justification of Israel's existance and military occuption. Did it ever occur to you that you sound just like the Zionists you despise?
Quote:In addition, it was we white Europeans who created the Western Civilization and the vast majority of the greatest inventions and advanced technology there is, and we brought it with us into the Norht America, Africa and Asia. And we also gave our scientific and technological achievements to other races. We have improved this world more than any other race. That's why, among many other reasons, we have the right to live among us in Europe and America and have our resources. Besides, not one non-white nation would want us in, so why should we want them?
Bullshit, arithmatic, the distinction between science and non-science, chemistry, the base 10 numeral script we use, as well as a host of others things I can't recall at the moment, are invations and advancements in human knowledge coming form the Muslims (mostly Arab, but not exclusively)... you know, "sandniggers." Those same "sandniggers" also preserved all the ancient greek texts we have access to today that the Church wanted to burn. They pretty much laid down the foundation of modern science, incorperating and preserving knoledge from other cultures as opposed to wiping them out via mass genocide. Even the renaissance is in part is influenced by these same 'useless non-whites.'

The computer age isn't the result of genius and humanitarian passion. It's a direct consequence of modern warfare. As a computer science major, not that this has anything to do with my major, it's a little hard for me to ignore the origins of the computer (i.e. instument of fast calculations and number crunching). And no body "shares" technology, it spreads. And a considerable number of important and influential Western scientists (as well as political philosophers) are Jews btw.
Quote:Do you think Japan has a right to maintain its' strict immigration policy? Japan does not allow Koreans or other non-Japanese to immigrate on massive scale, not illegally nor legally. Japanese want to maintain Japan as Japanese. Also, Mexico has a very strict immigration policy and they dont allow all those poor people to come in from the Latin America.
Irrelevant.
Quote:What if whites were invading Mexico? What if over 10 million whites had come into Mexico illegally, declaring to be loyal to America first and demanding English as official language. Do you think that Mexicans would just embrace the whites and dance happily with them in a multicultural bliss?

The US is the only country on earth, that has this lunatic policy of immigration, illegal and legal. No other country has it. The Mexicans are seeing this lunacy in America, how the US government and how the majority of the white population has lost its' will (because of the media propaganda) and are just taking advantage of this crazy situation and pouring in and invading the country. This is a crime.
Is there anything to this issue other than nationalism and racial pride? (And of course maintaining this prison and concept called a nation state that many embrace and identify with quite unquestioningly apparently). There are some legitimate economic concerns arising from illegal immigration but those same concerns are a biproduct of the institutions, structres, and econimic doctrines creating the siutaiton in the first place. Capitalism and US foreign policy has single handedly created/maintained much of the misery, poverty, and opression found in various parts of Latin America. By virtue of responsibility and ethical conciousness, it in fact has a huge burden of responsibility to make reparations and accomodations.

Yes, immigration is being used by the power that be to serve their own corperate interests and further the agenda for a unified and centralized North American Union, which is bad. But immigration in and of itself is not evil by any means, and by no means is every crossing the border a raving "gringo" hating lunatic seeking extermination of european cultural and ethnic elements of America or the downfall of the nation.

BTW, I'm not Mexican or even hispanic. And my parent originally immigrated to this country legally to pursue their academic education. But I do have a distaste for phobia based on pride, especially racial pride, and contrived unnatural institutional construsts and concepts.

Quote:Yes they were invaders, settlers and pioneers. There was no nation before the Europeans came. Native Americans were also rapists and criminals, and we got into trouble with them. And we fought them and won. What was the consequence? Well lets see, we built this great nation of the USA, once the greatest country in the world, with her great technology, cities and luxuries. And all this easy lifestyle around us is the achievement of whites. Had native Americans won, it would be a very different world, propably without any of this. Whites have actually been the best people in history. I think all the people in America who are Mexicans should pack their items and go back to Mexico. And since the justice system of today was also created by whites I think we should be the first ones to be the judges. Wake up and go back to Mexico.
This 'great nation' is the world foremost leading terrorist state, with all it's state sponsored terrorism all over the world, mostly the Latin America and the Middle East. It's also a very warlike nation and very neo-imperialist. Infact, after the end of the old colonial age and world war 2, America has pretty much single handedly redifed imperialism in the modern age, neoconservatism is nothing more than an explicit affirmation of it's implicit foreign policy mechanism and an open direct declaration of what the nation's been since world war 2.

I fail to see what's so great about all that, or the fact that it's a masonic nation to the core, built on the back of african slaves and native american corpses. All that factors in for me when evaluating the 'greatness' of anything.

UN Panel Finds Two-Tier Society

by Haider Rizvi

UNITED NATIONS - The United States government is drawing fire from international legal experts for its treatment of American Indians, Blacks, Latinos and other racial minorities.

The U.S. is failing to meet international standards on racial equality, according to the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Last Friday, after considering the U.S. government’s written and oral testimony, the 18-member committee said it has found “stark racial disparities” in the U.S. institutions, including its criminal justice system.

The CERD is responsible for monitoring global compliance with the 1969 Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, an international treaty that has been ratified by the United States.

In concluding the CERD report on U.S. record, the panel of experts called for the George W. Bush administration to take effective actions to end racist practices against minorities in the areas of criminal justice, housing, healthcare and education.

This is the second time in less than two years that the U.S. government has been found to be falling short of its treaty obligations. In March 2006, The CERD had harshly criticised the U.S. for violating Native Americans’ land rights.

Taking note of racial discrimination against indigenous communities, the Committee said it wants the U.S. to provide information about what it has done to promote the culture and traditions of American Indian, Alaska Native and indigenous Hawaiian peoples. It also urged the U.S. to apply the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

The CERD also voiced strong concerns regarding environmental racism and the environmental degradation of indigenous areas of spiritual and cultural significance, without regard to whether they are on “recognised” reservation lands.

The Committee recommended to the U.S. that it consult with indigenous representatives, “chosen in accordance with their own procedures — to ensure that activities carried out in areas of spiritual and cultural significance do not have a negative impact on the enjoyment of their rights under the Convention”.

In its 13-page ruling, the U.N. body also raised serious questions about the death penalty and in the sentencing of minors to life without parole, which it linked to racial disparities between whites and blacks.

In their testimony, Bush administration officials held that the treaty obligations do not apply to laws or practices that are race-neutral on their face but discriminatory in effect. The Committee outright rejected that claim, noting that the treaty prohibits racial discrimination in all forms, including practices and legislation that may not be discriminatory in purpose, but in effect.

The CERD panel also objected to the indefinite detention of non-citizens at Guantanamo prison and urged the U.S. to guarantee “enemy combatants” judicial review.

The panel said the U.S. needs to implement training programmes for law enforcement officials, teachers and social workers in order to raise their awareness about the treaty and the obligations the U.S. is required to uphold as a signatory.

Human rights defenders who watched the CERD proceeding closely said they were pleased with its observations and recommendations.

“The U.N. is telling the U.S. that it needs to deal with an ugly aspect of its criminal justice system,” said Alison Parker of Human Rights Watch, which has been monitoring discriminatory practices in the United States for years.

In a statement, Parker hailed the U.N. panel for rejecting the U.S. government’s claim that more black children get life without parole because they commit more crimes and held that the U.N. criticism of the justice system was fair.

“Once again, the Bush administration has been told by a major human rights body that it is not above the law,” said Parker in of the indefinite detention of terrorism suspects at Guantanamo prison.

Other rights activists also held similar views about the outcome of the CERD hearings in Geneva.

“[It has] exposed to the world the extent to which racial discrimination has been normalised and effectively made permissible in many areas of American life,” said Ajamu Baraka of the Human Rights Network, an umbrella group representing more than 250 rights advocacy organisations.

As part of its recommendations, the Committee has asked the U.S. government to consider the establishment of an independent human rights body that could help eliminate widespread racial disparities.

Lenny Foster, Diné (Navajo) and representative of the Native America Prisoners Rights Coalition, was a member of the indigenous delegation to the CERD. He observed during the examination that the United States was “in denial”.

“Spiritual wellness and spiritual healing is paramount to the very survival of the indigenous nations,” he said. “There are efforts to prohibit and impede the spiritual access. Corporations cannot be allowed to prohibit access and to destroy and pollute and desecrate the sacred lands.”

Bill Larsen of the Western Shoshone Defence Project delegation also testified before the Committee, making a strong case concerning environmental racism and the deadly pollution caused by mining on their ancestral lands.

In March 2006, the Western Shoshone leaders had received a favourable response from the Committee to its complaint about the U.S. exploitation of their sacred lands. The U.S. is obligated “to freeze, desist and stop further harmful activities on their lands”, but failed to take any action.

Indigenous leaders said they welcomed the Committee’s decision to ask the U.S. to submit its report on compliance within one.year.

“It is important that all Native Peoples within the U.S. know that they have rights that are recognized by international law even if the United States refuses to recognise them or act upon them,” said Alberto Saldamando, one of the indigenous delegates attending the Geneva meeting.

“Now it is not just us,” he continued, “but the international community that has recognised that indigenous peoples within the United States are subject to racism on many levels and has called for effective steps by the U.S. to remedy this situation.”

US Racial Discrimination Must Be Remedied, UN Says
Louisiana Weekly

Monday 10 March 2008

Post-Katrina housing rights violations also cited.
On Friday, March 7, in Geneva, Switzerland, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination issued its Concluding Observations charging the U.S. to do more to remedy the effects of racial discrimination in housing and other areas.

The Observations came after the formal review of the U.S.'s report to the Committee under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. This is a required procedure for all signatories to the treaty, which the U.S. ratified in 1994.

During the oral review, Committee member Dilip Lahiri of India recalled, "When I was in Chicago, a journalist who visited then-apartheid South Africa came back and said, 'You don't need the South African laws to achieve the [same] segregation, the discrimination in the United States.' Residential segregation ... is a persistent factor and while programs have been undertaken, it is obvious that there is a problem and some sort of a vigorous proactive action needs to be taken to show some progress on the ground."

As an example of "proactive action" the Committee cited the California Housing Element Law, which requires cities and counties to plan affordable housing for all income levels of society, rather than just building luxury condos and McMansions. A recent amendment to the law requires counties to provide at least one zoning jurisdiction where homeless shelters can be located by right, ensuring that "Not-In-My-Back-Yard" opposition does not prevent these most critical housing needs from being met.

Maria Foscarinis, executive director of the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty (NLCHP), which coordinated a report signed by more than 60 organizations to the Committee detailing the systemic discrimination against racial minorities in equal access to adequate housing, welcomed the Observations:

"Racial discrimination, both overt and subtle, is alive and well in America today. Viewed against international standards - which consider impact, not just intent - the extent of continuing racial discrimination is staggering. The sub-prime mortgage crisis, which also disproportionately impacts minority families, is exacerbating the problem."

The Committee's Observations echo the comments of another treaty review body, the Human Rights Commission, which in 2006 reviewed the U.S. for compliance with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which the U.S. ratified in 1992. That committee noted its concern that while African Americans constitute just 12% of the population, they represent 50 percent of homeless people, and the government is required to take "adequate and adequately implemented" measures to remedy this human rights violation.

Under human rights law, a policy counts as discrimination if the impact is discriminatory - even if that impact was unintentional. NLCHP points to the lack of funding for affordable housing and laws that criminalize homelessness as examples of such discriminatory practices.

"At the federal level, a lack of planning and funding has led to huge housing shortfalls for low and moderate income Americans; the impact is especially severe for-and falls disproportionately on-members of racial minorities," said Foscarinis. " At the local level, instead of working constructively to help homeless people, many communities have criminalized homelessness. In some cases, such as Los Angeles' Skid Row or the Minneapolis 'lurking' ordinance, the police target homeless African Americans at alarmingly disproportionate rates."

Though a step in the right direction, even the Housing Element law is still too weak, lacking essential enforcement mechanisms, Foscarinis added.

The Committee also criticized the discriminatory violations of housing rights of African Americans following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. This comes on the heels of a call from two UN experts on housing and minority rights two weeks ago for an immediate halt to the demolitions of public housing in New Orleans. These demolitions, along with other reconstruction policies, are preventing African Americans from returning to the city. The Committee calls for adequate, affordable housing in Katrina-affected areas, and also for the remedying of housing conditions in racially segregated areas across the country.

"The current situation points to a fundamental lack of respect for the rights and needs of poor and minority Americans," said Eric Tars, Human Rights Staff Attorney at NLCHP, who participated in briefings with the Committee and the U.S. government delegation. "We are pushing for a new vision, grounded in the American belief of equal opportunity, that guarantees us all our basic human rights."

"By signing this treaty, the U.S. committed to overcoming the history of discrimination in this country," Tars continued. "But rather than adequately funding housing programs which are proven to get people off the streets and back into productive society, cities, states, and the federal government all continue to try to sweep the problem under the rug. Today, the Committee gave us some clear steps we need to take to do a better job, and we intend to hold the government accountable for its obligations."

The primary cause of homelessness in the United States is a lack of affordable housing; 13.7 million Americans pay over 50 percent of their income on rent or live in substandard housing, putting them at high risk for homelessness, UN officials said.

Mexico is like Palestine - Or what is happening to Palestine right now has happend to Mexico - A big bully with no remorse but its own individualistic who gives a fuck about those people - Many Mexicans have died across the border - Death White crosses dot the landscape between Texas, Arizona, and California. The border is nothing but death while people cross the border, its like a sign that says - "Beyond this point is HELL!!" Some natives of Mexico have commented that the United States of amerikkka is like a big monster that swallows you alive, an ugly monster who shows no morality but a twisted mentality of fear, me, and utter disregard for dignity for any people of color. This does not happen with CANADA - Because the color of skin is passport, admittance at any hour without questions.

Incidently, if you have not seen 10,000 BC, you are going to get a big surprise - All people are of color, except the the demon who considers himself A GOD which came from outer space.. He is killed by one of the warriors and as he falls down the stairs, we can see his facial characteristics - His trusted assistants who work with chemistry have been genetically modified to look like him, from what you can tell they were of color but were changed by the the the one of three surviving entity.

What nonsense, you were doing so well up to this point, brother.

I shall tell you a story, it's about your european masters  The European continent has formed a union of countries(not all) called the EU and one of the "privileges" (if you can call it that) is freedom of movement between all member countries, that is all except one country - Slovenia. After Slovenia's entry into the EU, the Austrian borders that abutted Slovenia were supposed to disappear and still haven't done.

Now, we could look at this from a race angle (i know you love this perspective brother) and say that the former Yugoslavs were once forcely mixed with Arabs once upon a time, hence the majority have been tainted and the white bloodline no longer exists, so therefore the borders still exist at Austria, because the EU dont want Arab scum coming into their borders willy nilly.

Or we could look at this from an economic viewpoint and say that Slovenia is an easy country to cross illegally without getting caught. It is one of the gateways for the majority of unauthorised migration into the EU imo. We can't blame people for wanting a better life (can we call it that? maybe a better hell..) but they drain money from the system, and we all know what us europeans idolise the most - MONEY!! It is the god of the system I'm afraid, and to ignore it's power over us would be woefully ignorant brother. It invokes nationalism and then the individual will invoke their fear and hatred, if they arent strong enough, and see them as economic parasites and then the insecurities will flow forth.

So people from canada dont need to migrate to the states for a better hell, all they need to do is stay at home for that.. They dont need to work without paying taxes cos they ready get shafted by their own government.. But there isnt freedom of movement between both countries, they still have passport control IIRC. The same border control exist with the US and Mexico - there is no freedom of movement just like with canada. So if we're looking at unauthorised economic migrations, who is more likely to commit them, the mexicans or canadians fella?
