I had a look at the torrent link you gave. The comments on it say the audio is out of sync so I didn't go any further. Were they wrong?

The message of the movie seems to be that war turns soldiers into psychopaths. A definite anti-war movie, complete with the US flag turned upside down in the end of the movie to signal that the country is in a state of distress and crisis.
