problem at login

I've tried everything for the last two days including a new registration with a new email address. Obviously, I can log on to the forum, so why can't I log in to the tracker? Can anybody help?

Hello rockfish,

To access both ConCen Tracker and ConCen Forum you must be registered separately with each, as is the case with certain other Forum/Tracker Communities.

So....if you have not actually Registered at the Tracker, you should do so.

That's what I found, when I joined.

See whether that works for you.

I have sent rockfish a PM + Email via the ConCen Board Software to advise of this.

Perhaps you need to go to the Tracker Home page:

http://concen.org/tracker/index.php

At the top left under "Login" there is a facility in square brackets [Recover Account] - which is a Hyperlink to http://concen.org/tracker/account-recover.php

You then Enter the Email Address you have Registered at ConCen, and within a few minutes you will have emailed a temporary Login Hyperlink, which will enable you Tracker access and you manually enter your New Password, and Confirm by re-entering that Password again.

It's a simple facility, and you should be back onto the Tracker within a few seconds of that operation.

Have a try with that procedure, and please advise your status here, after that recovery attempt.

If you have changed your Email address from the one originally Registered with ConCen, you should contact ConCen Admin directly for assistance.
