Shot with two cameras in digital widescreen by Oscar-nominated Director William Gazecki in 2004 and 2005, this is the first ever in-depth look on film at the errors and omissions in today's electrical physics and the inventors (and their devices) who have exploited these gaping holes to pioneer the production of free electrical energy from the infinite vacuum all around us. After William left the project, additional filming took place in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 for hundreds of hours of new film, plus archival footage from the past was also blended in as required.

Part Three: Dr. Deborah Chung - Negative Resistance

In a July 9, 1998 keynote address at the Fifth International Conference on Composites Engineering in Las Vegas, Dr. Deborah D. L. Chung, professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at University at Buffalo (UB), reported that she had observed apparent negative resistance in interfaces between layers of carbon fibers in a composite material. Professor Chung holds the Niagara Mohawk Chair in Materials Research at UB and is internationally recognized for her work in smart materials and carbon composites. The apparent negative resistance was observed in a direction perpendicular to the fiber layers.

A paper describing the research was published by Chung in a peer-reviewed journal, and a patent application was filed by the University.

Several negative articles appeared quickly in the popular scientific press. Conventional scientists were quickly quoted as proclaiming that negative resistance was against the laws of physics and thermodynamics. Others thought perhaps the UB researchers had made a little battery and were unaware of it.

Professor Chung, who has a Doctorate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is the leading “smart materials” scientist in this country, and a scientist of international reputation. Her team tested the negative resistance effect thoroughly for a year in the laboratory. If there is a team in this country anywhere qualified to test a negative resistance effect in carbon materials, it is Professor Chung and her team at UB.

In an Energetic Productions LLC exclusive, Professor Chung discusses on camera for the first time how this invention works, and she demonstrates its performance under various conditions with co-inventor Dr. Shoukai Wang. In addition, she candidly answers questions posed to her by the interviewers.

The reflexive response from mainstream science about the possibility of producing free energy from the vacuum is that it is not possible as this would violate the second law of thermodynamics.

Over the last 20 years the absolute status of the second law has come under increased scrutiny, more than during any other period in its 180-year history. Since the early 1980's, roughly 50 papers representing over 20 challenges have appeared in the refereed scientific literature. In July 2002, the first conference on its status was convened at the University of San Diego, attended by 120 researchers from 25 countries. In 2004, the mainstream scientific journal Entropy published a special edition devoted to second law challenges. And, in July 2004, an echo of the first conference was held in Prague, Czech Republic.

The breadth and depth of recent challenges are remarkable. They span three orders of magnitude in temperature, twelve orders of magnitude in size; they are manifest in condensed matter, plasma, gravitational, chemical, and biological physics; they cross classical and quantum mechanical boundaries. Several have strong corroborative experimental support, and laboratory tests attempting bona fide violation are on the horizon. Considered en masse, the second law's absolute status can no longer be taken for granted, nor can challenge to it be casually dismissed.

In this DVD, University of San Diego physics professor Dr. Daniel Sheehan who co-hosted the two conferences, gives us a tour of the field as seen through the mainstream eyes of an honest seeker of the truth. This is what led him to his association over several years with the late Floyd Sweet during the formative years of the development of Floyd's legendary overunity device. In fact Walt built many of the accessories for this machine for Floyd, in addition to being an investor.

Inventors such as Tom Bearden's MEG team, Floyd Sweet, Bruce de Palma, and others scattered over the globe from Canada to Australia.

Walt, who sadly passed on in January of 2007, eagerly co-operated with the Energetic Productions film team, so this DVD is a great tribute to him, his times, and the inventors he worked with. Adroitly edited by Robert Teifeld PhD, it was a tribute to the richness of Walt's body of work that, even after editing, the DVD's length could not be reduced below 140 minutes, the longest DVD yet in the Series.

In addition there are some real revelations here about many aspects of “hidden science”—some with multi-million dollar implications.
