Why Are We Afraid to Tax the Super-Rich?

They did this in Sweden awhile back. I ABBA single handedly paid off the national debt.

Overall this is a ridiculous proposition, they'd just keep $ in foreign accounts, keep money in their cat's name or leave the country outright, but it demonstrates the allocation of wealth to the few.
