Bush Propaganda Architect Rove Promises October Surprise
I think the surprize might be the capture of Osama or one of his senior officers...actually let me rephrase that they will ask for an Osama double or ask Osama for a show trail or one of his officers then when the detah penalty is announced they will inject him with some non lethal shit and send him back to his hideout.
