Killed because he would not talk about Aliens or follow the program

Any thing from Tesla I'm guessing from the FOO from WWII on to the present as
developed in secret perhaps up to the Belgian Triangle.

If its done with electricity, that might explain the bright lights.

If its not flying and stuck, then odd formations might take place.
