I went ahead and created this forum as a place to post links to applications which aid the user to view or edit the various media allowed on the tracker. Open source apps should be linked to their home pages/official torrents. Links to other types of torrents can be posted but please do not post applications of any kind on our tracker.

in addition to the gimp i use avidemux and audacity quite a lot - i'll post links to those in the near future, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Use SUPER available at

for converting one file format to almost anyother,
as long as you have the codec installed.
BTW: It's FREE but is only for winbloze (I think).

Is mainly geared toward processing AVI files, although it can read (not write) MPEG-1 and also handle sets of BMP images.
