Its incredible how police are acting. By the way in cali, the system risen fees for any vehicle violations. The state is broke and now they are going after the people all over any city in cali to supplement extra looting the system is conducting on the people and its citizens. For example, if you are caught without any vehicle insurance which is a big insurance scams, the fee is about 700.00 plus penalties which equal to close to 3000.00 dollars. That in truest forms is piracy, criminal, and outmost sick... they are coming after the people in full criminal force...
