Ctrl Wrote:Hello,

Sure, I can remove the material.

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask his written permission to distribute his show. May I?

My site charges no fees or membership dues to download stuff there. No money is made of his efforts. We're just a collection of people searching various sources for the truth. And the more people that know of Mr Qualye the better it is for him.

In regards to "further action be taken", there's not really much action you could take Sir. My site doesn't actually host the files, stream the files. or even have copies of the files on it. Moreover no part of his works (ie :data) is sent through our server. You might want to investigate how the bitorrent protocol works before going off half cocked and trying to litigate anything.;)

In a nutshell, my bitorrent "tracker" (the website) is a directory of people who have his files and people who want his files. Think of the site like a phone book. If a bank robber looks up a bank address to rob in the phone book, the phone book company is not complicit in the bank robbery is it? By the same token, my site isn't complicit in copyright infringement.

Quote:Hello Mike, and thanks for the quick reply sir and the removal of all said material from your excellent website.
Steve's official website for all of his radio shows is linked on his website http://www.stevequayle.com.
It is a subscription driven website for only one reason. The paying members there are what covers
the overhead to keep his talk radio show on the air. Without them the ISDN line costs, the bandwidth
costs, etc could not be paid for and Steve's radio show would cease to exist very quickly. If you need
additional information you can reach either Steve Quayle or myself at the below phone numbers.

Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

Never listened to him so I wouldn't be missing him anytime soon

You are really missing nothing apart from OTT Christian end times stuff Ognir.

The sort of stuff that just so happens to link in with Steve Q's boring ads for "Food survival packages" etc etc. Crafty - bet they sell loads each time their is a fake terror alert.

..and the sort of stuff that would pay for this line of drivel...

He not *that* popular.

If fact unlike half the other copyright holders that have moaned to this site's tracker - SQ will not be gettting my ten point document on torrents to encourage them to change their mind ;)
