With all the bullshit from these radio dudes about copyrights, maybe they're forcing us to evolve? There's enough diversity here amoungst the usual suspects that it would be very entertaining to do our own on-line radio show. We can be creative about it, assign some as reps, they can record phone and Skype interviews, upload them to the tracker for us to listen to. And I bet we would become competitive with GCN and the rest of them. Put the shows on every tracker to bring them here! I'm sure there's a few here that would love to become famous. And the irony of it all, the very ones thats complain about copyright shit would want to be interviewed here (I'm making myself laugh, he he!). Start off with a half hour show, several interviews can be combined to make one show and uploaded by the interviewer so not give Ctrl a bunch of work, we can promote our own commercials (do i hear money for the site coming in?) and music artists. The people here include the mature crowd and a energentic young fan base, unlike any of those shows offer, our energy is totally of the times! It would take off like wild fire!! And I'm not going to say IMO, because I'm sure it would totally work! (IMO :tongue: ha, ha!)

It's a piece of cake to set up a shoutcast server on our tracker machine.
The most I'd be willing to do if I ever hosted is maybe 1 hour a week on Saturday or Sunday. I'm sure others have far more time.

This idea has been kicked around quite a few times. In fact I bet you can find the last time it was suggested somewhere on page 10 in off-topic. The problem is that running a good radio show worth listening to usually is a full time job. It's not exactly something you can do in your free time. I don't think people fully respect how hard it is to do a consistent radio show with good content.

Well some may have goals of journalism and radio, thats what that meant. And it may seem harsh at the start, getting good contacts to get good interviews would be the hardest thing it seems. Several members have their own show respectively. Once you get a few biggies (and you can interview them several times over) those that are trying to further themselves will jump on board with their fan base tailing them. Get Freeman and dude from Power Hour and Leo Zagami (who can talk up a storm! People have had to hang up on him). There's a think tank of ideas here for running it and it doesn't have to be in the format of an continuously on-air radio program. It's uploadable shows. If the tracker format worries people that have there own "networks" then it must be very effective! So if tons of people are getting it off the tracker, don't fix it, if it ain't broke!

There are a good number of people that listen to radio from the tracker, but it's probably less than 5% of Aj's total listener base. Ted is just a greedy asshole.
Sorry I'm being such a downer, but this and a magazine are always suggested and nobody wants to follow through. It's like the people suggesting it and agreeing expect other people to do it. Well the other people is you. I don't know how many of our users are capable and have the time to do these sort of things. Most of us work :wink:

I don't know the body of members backgrounds that well, but a few are already doing it. Maybe they will be willing to be combined to become Concen Radio? if we keep entertaining the though maybe more will come on board.........
You know on another note, I'm typing this shit, and that fucking "eye" in "Conspiracy" on the top of the page keeps glowing at my ass!!!! Like it's saying "do you REALLY want to do that???" It's alittle intimidating! lol!

I think that given Anderson's behaviour and Shayler's recent comments, the whole truth movement needs to stop relying on the usual resources of info from now on.
It's as though the movement is running out of steam. I tend to picture us all just listening to the same old shows and all simultaneously nodding our heads and shaking our fists in anger when AJ shouts "this is sick" or when some new control method gets set up.
We all need to start taking this stuff out on the streets and getting those in the dark into the light.
I think the radio idea would be excellent to get a new buzz going on, not just for the movement but for Concen.
The radio idea seems a bit out of reach at the mo but what's wrong with just getting out there and filming or recording stuff like street-polls, truth-cd's handouts and surreptitious interviews and uploading them under the banner "Concen Productions"? This would produce a steady body of material and would show who would be best for actual input into a radio show.
The idea is to enticie sheeple/people "in" to the movement by including them in material as well as handing the usual related info out.

I agree lets do it , me and Greg were already thinking of setting up our own Radio, Im definetely willing to support a freedom fighter Radio in any case so Im willing to support such effort by ConCen and start my own show with you.We need to discuss how to pull it togheter but Im also willing to participate economicly in assisting the birth of my first Radio Show if required, obviously Im not Rockefeller guys and my wife doesnt have to kick my ass at the end of the day...if you know what I mean....hi..hi.....but at least I can sponsor myself.

With you guys a ConCen Radio seems not only possible but a must , we need to put a creative team togheter first to evaluate the way we can operate and develope this project without any intrusions from the enemy.
