Okay, here's an interesting one. If this is a hoax, it's at least a creative one. Highly unusual atmospheric phenomena touches down on earth, or maybe some kind of synthetic foam, or...?

tl;dw: Video apparently shot in an Arabic (?) speaking country. A white "cloud" about the size of a man floats down to the ground. It lands against a flimsy fence and parts break off. It then rises from a horizontal position on the ground to a vertical position. Parts of it reform. A man approaches and puts his hand into it. The cloud seems to part somewhat but does not disperse. The video pans out to the sky then repeats once.

Baffles me. While I am skeptical of the uploader of the video on YouTube saying it is a foam entity, who knows anymore? The uploader of the video you posted seems to be more insane than the giant foam block. I would be more impressed if this thing did more than just "stand up", but rather rebuilt itself and flew again. Oh well, was interesting to watch, and worth the time. Now, if all of the sudden giant foam entities started crash landing all over earth, it might be time to worry. Reminds me of reading something a few years back, somewhere in Arkansas some people put soap powder in the drinking fountain and rigged it to keep dispersing water. The result was a giant foam patch in the park. Does anyone else wonder what befell of the foam?
Yeah whoever uploaded it to youtube was clearly pulling the title of the video out of his ass (weird foam- obviously an interdimensional being!), but I thought it was interesting nonetheless.
Doesn't have to be a hoax. It flies around, lands on the ground, gets pushed by wind against a fence, and.. well, it's either industrial or natural foam.

Thanks for the chuckle, though. I think this one's been debunked now.
It's foam / bubbles.

All too staged anyway.

Probably a good idea to stop posting this stuff as if it reflects the UFO research community - it doesn't. It just makes ppl think we're dumb.

Sorry I'm too dumb to properly identify what this is decisively. Maybe you can fill me in.
