Between the 3rd and 4th second, as the chair sets down, you can see on the left side, as it sets, what appears to be two hands not fully edited out withdraw from the chair. I call fake.
Edit: At 0:17, you can see the right chair on the floor change color/lighting. Why would the chair do that?
Ahh, I see. As far as this alien one goes, I do not know. While I do believe aliens are real, albeit it not how you think I do, this one screams fake to me, too. First off, the false panicking, which stops at 0:20 as he rather calmly zooms in to the spot, but remembers to keep breathing in shock at 0:23. Or how he just happens to catch it. He didn't scare it off before, if he was outside, but if he saw it from a window or something, why would he run outside and scare it off? Oh, then as he runs upstairs, the camera happens to be pointed at the door as it slams closed. While "scared", he has no problem approaching it without the slightest bit of hesitant behavior. And at 1:03 when he plays the "sighting" in slow motion, the alien does not even change height, rather moves directly to the side blinking. Now, usually when something darts, its head would turn or it would move in height. But it was somewhat interesting, I guess.
Hmm, I admit, a lot more interesting than I anticipated. If he is faking it for attention, he is doing a good job. If it is real, well, that would not be fun for him. Oh well, better than the ghost lifting a chair.
