I forgot about a torrent that I was upping and when I redid my pc I didn't save it. Do I have to create a whole new torrent to up it or is there a way to use the one nthat is listed still? It's "TTC - Utopia and Terror in the 20th Century" in case you need to know.

If the file names and sizes match, try the existing one. If not, you'll need to recreate it.
