Everything seems fine from this side, your tracker and forum accounts are both linked, the same email on both, it even says you logged in at 14:12. What seem to be the specifics of the problem? Have you tried logging out of both the tracker and forum and logging in from the main page: http://concen.org ? Try clearing your cookies first if you have tried already.
If that fails, get back to us and let us know as much as you can as to what happens when you do try to log in, such as an error displayed or other.
