The Orbs or air illuminations are an induction effect from
the Teslaships moving overhead in the sky above.
There might even be a string of them leading to the ship.
Same as the one wire demonstration in 1891 showed light
at nodal points not lighting up. Now a powerful free energy
ship is flying above and gosh almighty what is happening.

At 1:06 he finds surrounding orbs.
Yeah the Teslaship has them due to the same effects that made
the Rex Heflin ring.

The tsunami orb may have been a ground effect from an overhead ship.
