I have been trying to upload for 6 months now, without any luck. I follow every step and even used a different torrent program. My file appears on the site, but showing No Seeder. I've downloaded the torrent after uploading and keep all the files in one folder. Any ideas out there ?
I also see a comment - Invalid Passkey. Make sense to anyone ? (please)
That means your passkey is invalid. When creating a torrent, no matter which programm you use, you are asked to enter a passkey. Which one did you enter?
Don't give up - you're close.
Greetings
Hans
Hi Hans,
Created the torrent again, and looked out for the passkey question, but there was none ?
Where does the passkey request appear ? Using Bittorrent
I've never been asked for a passkey on deluge...

I have never been asked to enter a passkey when creating a torrent.
Passkeys are added to a torrent automatically when it is downloaded from the site. Each person has their own passkey. They are used on private trackers so the torrent file cannot be shared with others.

This means that the torrent file you are using does not contain a passkey which matches your account.
When you create your *.torrent file using your bittorrent client, DO NOT load it into your client for download - it will not work. Upload the *.torrent file you created to the site, THEN download the *.torrent file from the site (which is modified to include your passkey) for use in your client.
While we're at it, attach the *.torrent file you create to a reply in this thread. I'll take a look at it to make sure you're building it properly...

I remade two torrents, one with bittorrent and the other with vuze. I noticed that the torrents do not show [concen.org/tracker] on the tail end of the name. On one of the torrents, I typed [concen.org/tracker] to see if it would fix it, it obviously did not - it was just a shot in the dark.
So have attached the bittorrent torrent for you to have a look at. Hey thanks for taking time out for me.

Forgot to mention - not sure what you meant about not loading it into my client file for download. I just created the torrent, put the tracker as
http://concen.org/tracker/announce as suggested on the instructions. Uploaded the torrent and then downloaded. It appeared on the page for a while with no seeder and then disappeared. Also have kept all the relevant files in one folder ie main avi file and torrent.
have you port forwarded or activated UPnP or NAT-PMP? basically, is your port open to incoming connections?
Checked the preferences in Vuze and my incoming TCP/UDP listen port has the number in it and Peer Sources is ticked for incoming connection. I don't have any problem downloading from Concen.
Is there anyone on the list who uses a Mac ? who could help me in uploading a torrent, as I think there perhaps maybe something different one has to do as opposed to a PC.
Thanks

The correct announce is
http://concen.org/announce NOT
http://concen.org/tracker/announce
Where did you see the instruction to use the tracker directory?
You are not pointing to where your data is on your computer, so your client thinks you are not a seeder. You need to tell your client to download to the place where your data already is.
Hi, no I'm not banned. Have tried Vuze, Transmission and uTorrent for Mac. I've been through the process with one of the guys on the list and am doing everything correct. I did manage to upload a Torrent a while back using Transmission, but then have not had any luck since. Any ideas ?
