I have a suggestion to eliminate photos, gifs, jpeg, png etc. files from signatures. I see so many sites with ungodly 640x480 photos in signatures and it looks like crap. my 2cents. :)

I can add a clause to the signup agreement that photos over n pixels would be removed from signatures.

That way people would have a guideline to follow that they agreed to and can't complain about.

Sounds good. Small ones are ok. But this size is just too much. :blink: (sorry wax)

I guess that sort of depends on your monitor and screen size.... at 1600x1200 it's only 1/3 of the page wide.

I'm running the max 1280x1024 on a 19" flat panel. There probably are a few old machines running 800x600 so they must go crazy. Forums become hell for modem users when all these sigs are so big, and looking at the tracker there seem to be lots of dialup users.

So you can fiddle it yourself. There's all sorts of options under this software.
