I wrote a letter..but I don't have it here to share (used hotmail and forgot to save the sent message).

Anyways, I shared my concerns about his actions as this site is waking people up in huge numbers and I also stated that I would never have bought any similar material if there was no conspiracycentral.net. And now I HAVE BOUGHT. I also said that the planet is in grave danger now and if the information does not flow freely, it'll be the end of it and he would have contributed to that.

I also said that I will make every effort to spread the word if things go worse: to put the situation in real light. I would make a video out of it and spread it through my connections. The word would be getting out.

I also said that I trust he's a man of honour and he would re-think the situation, and also wished good christmas.

The producers of the original Alternative 3 have 2 very strong cases against him:
1) He's using the copyrighted name Alternative 3 without permission.
2) He includes over 80% of the original mockumentary in his own product. That's clearly beyond "Fair Use".

Insight:

I've seen this kind of thing before... not so much anything that you guys are not already aware of... but it seems that under all the pressure and stress, people end up overloaded and go into a state of meltdown. Bootlegging basically might just be what touches them off. Tim Cohen has similar meltdown.

I used to argue with a close family member over the course of about 15 years. It was the same basic argument about whether or not the system was corrupt. It took years, but one day all of a sudden the capacity my dear family member had to remain in denial simply shattered. The person in question who was a nice person for what it is worth, went into meltdown and was not able to think or speak. For years they had supported the party line and the propaganda incessantly, and then all at once it broke.

I think people invest their entire lives into belief systems that they must support to maintain their place in them... and then eventually the strain is too great, and they start gibbering and can no longer maintain the lies they had been trained to perpetuate. I think some of these small authors simply melt down because their lives aren't working any better than mine is... but who do you blame? Perhaps this is just another sign that the entire system in which we live is becoming irrational and unsustainable. We are fueled by lies and false assumptions, and those assumptions are supposed to be invincible so long as we keep maintaining the lies. But eventually, lies cannot be maintained... because they are lies which are responsible for our social problems in the first place. The great beast is going to end up breaking, because no system of lies is sustainable. We just have to try to stick to the truth and persevere. There's no point in getting caught up into the nonsense we are expected to buy into.


These authors tend to freak out, and this stuff can be quite dangerous... but when you really add up there's not a lot that they can go after. People like me, for all intensive purposes are already dead. There's not much to sue. Lawyers are probably not going to be interested unless there is profit to be made, and blood to drink. The upper-level secret society vermin would probably like to see this board shut down but when you really add up how few people are interested there's no point in bothering. Heck, if they start attacking it will just make us mad and increase interest. Plus, these groups get trolled by snoops who are trying to figure out how to deal with dissidents. All of this is happening on a planet that is thoroughly sick so I am not so sure any of this is going to amount to much.

Maybe the point we are at is that we really have already hit rock bottom. This world can't suck much worse without giving itself away. The illusions that we live under are stretched to the limit. We are maxed out on lying. From here, we can either return to common sense or return to barbarism.

For now, about all some people have left to gripe about copyright while they melt down and realize that this is lost cause planet. Nothing is working properly in the quagmire never seems like it's going to end for better or worse. In our current world we are not allowed to live and progress or even die and move on. We are just supposed to cheerfully enjoy a constant diet of lies and pretend that this system is OK as it is.

I don't think this author guy needs to jail anyone. We're already in a maximum-security penitentiary of 100% total lying. We are living in a world where nothing is progressing, but the killing hasn't started overtly so we can't even fly in to action. It is just a sick stalemate, and so people freak out on whatever topic is handy... and I don't think there's a lot a rationality to any of it.

Maybe we could offer this guy a public hanging. I wouldn't mind getting strung up at this point just so I could get the heck away from this planet of the liars. It's a sickening place but discussing change is a taboo, because it's good enough the way it is.

I think global frustration is simply building, and building, and building, and building. Currently, vile shit people in secret societies are "running" the planet, but they are totally PERFECT people so there's nobody we're allowed to criticize. So, blow up at whoever is available.

So I dunno.

If my little empire of ConCen ( I take pride in it..and our team) ever crumbles from this BS, I'll certainly be glad from my jail cell I met guys like you along the way. Please Mr Best be reasonable. Mike is a very responsive person and he has demonstrated consistently to be very adamant in complying to the removal wishes of bittorrent references or 'torrents' by disconcerted
copyright holders. And your removal requests were not acted upon any differently. Mike complied promptly and has removed the ConCen tracker of any torrents to your work (torrent = set of instructions consistent with the bittorrent protocol which fascilitate and automate the act of downloading of some predefined file to the carrier of the torrent). You can satisfy yourself of this fact immediately if you do searches on your name or names of your work.

For instance, an internet search at ConCen with the keyword 'Stewart' yields:

As you notice, there are no traces to be found on the tracker of torrents that link to your material. Conno333 knows some people... looked into swedish server hosting for me, and found some prices. The company offers to integrate a php based tracker with the forums into a single page (not frames) and a seemless experience for the end user.

This will be expensive to set up as naturally it requires a lot of php code juggling to make it all work.

I was planning on footing the setup costs myself once I get my money from selling my house, and then to recoop the enourmous setup fee, charging a yearly membership to use it.

The existing tracker would remain as is,... ie: free to use for all.... the new tracker would be private, out of sight, and likely by invitation only. That way we could seed w/e we want behind closed doors, and to hell with the "establishment".
